Our story
Peterpan Bakery started from a simple dream: to create a warm neighbourhood bakery where people can enjoy freshly baked bread, good coffee, and feel genuinely welcome.
We are a small family-run bakery founded by Jin and his wife, who have spent more than 10 years working in cafés, restaurants and bakeries. Over the years we gained experience in everything from cooking and baking to coffee and hospitality, but we always dreamed of one day creating a place of our own. That dream eventually became Peterpan Bakery.
We opened our little bakery in Southport with a focus on making fresh bread and pastries in-store every day. Our menu brings together Korean-inspired bakery favourites and classic breads and pastries, made with quality ingredients and a lot of care.
But Peterpan has never been just about the bread.
One of our favourite parts of running the bakery is getting to know the people who walk through our doors. We want Peterpan to feel friendly, relaxed and personal, the kind of local bakery where you can stop by for your favourite bread or coffee and always feel welcome.
We are still at the beginning of our journey, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported our small business so far. We hope to keep baking, improving and growing together with our community for many years to come.
